Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

1st Time Stay
We've stayed at a couple of other locations. They weren't bad experiences but we decided to try this and we were not disappointed. So much so that we will return again.
Great Experience!!
This was our first time staying in a cabin as opposed to our normal hotel so we weren't completely sure what to expect. WE LOVED IT! The cabin was exactly what was pictured, just better. I will admit, it looked a little smaller in pictures than it actually was which was a pleasant surprise! Everything was sparkling clean, nicely labelled, and organized. The outside was just as nice as the inside, beautifully landscaped and manicured. We did have a nasty storm one night and there was a crew out in the morning cleaning up any small branches/leaves that fell. I received a call the morning after check in to make sure everything was in working order and as I had expected. I let them know, it exceeded expectations. We also looked at a map and noticed a couple back roads that lead us directly to Pigeon Forge, bypassing the weekend traffic of downtown Gatlinburg which was a nice surprise. There were a ton of little mom and pop shops that we would have never known existed. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will forever rent a cabin from Elk Springs Resort before a hotel!
Perfect Stay
Mother Nature gave us a little hiccup but we were taken very good care of by Elk Springs. We've used them for years and always been a great short vacation.

Bear Cub Lodge
My stay was very pleasant! The cabin was clean and spacious. My family and I enjoyed it. The downstairs was a little bit chilly even with the fireplace but nothing you can't tolerate. This was my second stay with Elk Springs Resort and I will be booking with them again in the near future.
“Best Vacation Ever” She Said
Brought my wife and two young daughters (1y and 4y). Great house, very clean, and we enjoyed every inch of it. My oldest daughter said it was the “best vacation ever!”
Last Minute Booking
We decided to book this cabin at the last second. Elks Springs staff was great by calling us almost immediately after we booked online to give us all of the details on checking in. The cabin wasn’t ready right away (but for being a last minute booking I feel that expected and didn’t end up being an inconvenience for us). Once we arrived we felt the cabin was perfect for our large family! We were able to spread out and relax! The kids enjoyed the game room and theater system! We ran into a personal issue causing us to not be able to check out on time and Elks Springs was fantastic about extending our check out time for us. Overall we had a an excellent stay here!!!
