Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Peaceful..... Beautiful area
Relaxed Adventure
The cabin was great. We arrived to a clean, bright and inviting rental. We were exhausted when we arrived, the area and the quiet immediately we felt the calm of being in the mountains. We were literally tucked in. It was a great location and definitely worth the trip.
Great Stay
This cabin is so cute and was the perfect size for our family 4! The queen size bunks upstairs were perfect for our teenagers. They absolutely loved the pool table and the hot tub was amazing and a hit for the hubby! Location was amazing, out of the hustle and bustle of it all and only about 25 min to everything, no matter if you wanted to go to Pigion Forge or Gatlinburg, many days we went to both!! We stayed the last week of March and it was the perfect time, it was not to crowed any where we went and never waited! The cabin was clean, well stocked with all kitchen items we needed to make breakfast!! It is bright and the couches are comfy!! I would definitely recommend staying here! We will be back again!
Great Stay, 100% Cabin Feels
Loved our cabin and the attention at Elk Springs Resort. The place was very clean, equipped with cable and above-and-beyond amenities like hot tub and grill. Would recommend and return. 20m drive to Gatlinburg was a breeze, but you do need a car.
Awesome Cabin And Location
It was a wonderful experience for us and its very near to Gatlinburg. We captured lot of good memories, and my kids enjoyed the Hot tub and Billiards table upstairs. Property management company was in touch right from the beginning and addressed the issue we had very promptly.
