"Our experience staying at an Elk Springs resort property was nothing short of amazing! Upon arrival around 8:00 pm we did find a maintenance issue at the original cabin we had booked. We called the after hours line and reported it and then went to dinner. By the time we returned, a maintenance tech had already visited the cabin and found they would have to return in the morning to look into it further. When the next morning arrived, it was determined they would not be able to resolve the issue that day and Elk Springs resort management offered to move us to a different cabin at no expense which turned out to be larger and easier to park at in our vehicle. Both much appreciated bonuses. Their communication was amazing, the response time from my first reporting the issue well after normal working hours to being checked into the new cabin was very impressive and allowed us to have a truly amazing vacation in a beautiful cabin with incredible views. We returned home yesterday and are already planning our next visit to the area. We will of course be staying at an Elk Springs resort property when we get there!"

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Fantastic Vacation!!

A Beary Cozy Escape
The location and amenities of the cabin is outstanding. I booked this escapade to relax and experience the fall on the smokeys. The view outside the cabin is already amazing plus i got a hot tub on the side.The people behind Elk Spring Resort help us navigate to have a smooth stay, their constant messages is unbeatable. I will be happy to book and recomend this place on our future travel.
Beary Cozy
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beary Cozy Cabin. It was exactly as portrayed. Very very clean and cozy. It had everything we needed during our stay. The management company was great in preparing us for our visit. They provided good driving directions to help save time to the cabin. Highly recommend and hope we will return again in the very near future
Paradise In The Smokey/S
We had the best time! The cabin felt brand new, and it was very clean! We loved the Jacuzzi! Great location as we were 15 mins from Gatlinburg and 20 mins from Pigeon Forge. We will definitely stay here again!
Sanctuary In The Woods
This stay was great and a first for me staying in a cabin. I will 100 percent stay here again and my husband is already wanting to come back. As you drive in there’s a sign that says something to the effect of not wanting to ever leave and that was really very true. We enjoyed our set up and loved the price for such a clean and comfortable space for our vacation.
