Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Great For Family Gathering
We have stayed in several cabins at Elk Springs, and this was another one that we enjoyed. The cabin was spacious and clean, and in a great location.

Everything was great, except the sheets and pillows on the bed, which had a slight smell. The hosts are very nice and friendly, and the cabin is very nice. We all enjoyed it and will rebook again.
Thanksgiving With The Family
We got together with family around the country. Very comfortable and well furnished. Kids were happy with the game room and media room. Adults loved very clean hot tub and wraparound deck. Location in Gatlinburg was excellent. Management company was considerate and professional. Will definitely return.

Misty Mountain Lodge Couples Trip!!
Very spacious and nice cabin. The cabin did tend to be very dusty and a few pills were found in one of the beds of third floor room, but other than that the cabin was clean. Coffee isn't provided like at other resorts so be mindful of that, but they do supply a coffee pot and keurig. Maintenance do respond pretty quickly to any issues that arise during your stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, had tons of fun, played lots of games in the cabin as couples and would utilize the resort again.
