Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

We had an AMAZING time! So much to do and the place is just beautiful! We will be back! The check in and check out process couldn’t have been easier: by far the best place we’ve stayed in Gatlinburg. Only issue we ran into was the aftermath of ladybug infestation by window but the place is just so great and so beautiful we weren’t bothered by that in the least. We will

Lovely Home
The home was lovely! We even saw bears twice.
The cleanliness was something that could be improved as the pool was dirty, the bathrooms weren't clean, and other areas. It seemed like a quick once over was done as opposed to a clean between guests.

Beautiful Luxury Cabin With An Amazing View
Beautiful luxury cabin with many amenities. Exceptional outdoor living area with simply incredible views. Wonderful windowed main living room with amazing views. Well stocked kitchen. Loved all the fireplaces. Management company was in touch with us on a consistant bases and when there were minor issues they were handled in a quick manner. A few issues were that there was only very small closets and no dressers to store clothing. Living room furniture was very nice looking but not very comfortable. Also disappointed that the lower level bedroom was not an en suite. Large lower level bathroom had a glass windowed door that led to the hot tub. Home was hidden away in the woods but not a bad ride to food store and area attractions.
Dangerous, Filthy, Nasty Cabin, And A Good View
Our Group was so disgusted with this place. We took 2 plus hours of our own time to clean and walk through full cabin. No one ever cleaned the place before we got their. But it had a nice view. We arrived and the doors were open. Nails from a nail gun laying in the parking lot, playground, and all around the house. Piles of dead bugs/ lady bugs all over the 3 story cabin. Dirty sheets and bedding in all rooms. Super dissapointed that we had children from 1 yr old to 7yr old and dangerous materials left all over. Scrap tile left in the shower room which cut one person. Nails hanging out from bunk bed where kids were to sleep. Hot tub not cleaned, pool was only set at 50 degrees. Which most public pools indoor should be set at 75 degrees. We found feces... yes turds in a blanket in the theatre room. Dangerous materials left everywhere. Not able to enjoy our 2 days with our children. We felt in safe and had to stay very cautious. If we were staying longer we would have found somewhere new but decided to bite the bullet for the 2nights, one day. We payed 2,000 dollars for something luxurious and got this instead. I only gave 1 star because no denying. The view is beautiful.
