Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Wonderful Spring Break In The Smokies
We had a wonderful experience in this beautiful mountain cabin. There were plenty of entertainment options in the home to keep everyone occupied and comfortable on a few cold and rainy days where we opted to just stay in and enjoy the views! The home was perfect for multi-generations to enjoy all that the Smokies and Gatlinburg region offered. The property management company was extremely responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend!

We had an AMAZING time! So much to do and the place is just beautiful! We will be back! The check in and check out process couldn’t have been easier: by far the best place we’ve stayed in Gatlinburg. Only issue we ran into was the aftermath of ladybug infestation by window but the place is just so great and so beautiful we weren’t bothered by that in the least. We will

Lovely Home
The home was lovely! We even saw bears twice.
The cleanliness was something that could be improved as the pool was dirty, the bathrooms weren't clean, and other areas. It seemed like a quick once over was done as opposed to a clean between guests.
