Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

They Thought Of Everything!
We had an AMAZING time! So much to do and the place is just beautiful! We will be back! The check in and check out process couldn’t have been easier: by far the best place we’ve stayed in Gatlinburg. Only issue we ran into was the aftermath of ladybug infestation by window but the place is just so great and so beautiful we weren’t bothered by that in the least. We will

Lovely Home
The home was lovely! We even saw bears twice.
The cleanliness was something that could be improved as the pool was dirty, the bathrooms weren't clean, and other areas. It seemed like a quick once over was done as opposed to a clean between guests.

Beautiful Luxury Cabin With An Amazing View
Beautiful luxury cabin with many amenities. Exceptional outdoor living area with simply incredible views. Wonderful windowed main living room with amazing views. Well stocked kitchen. Loved all the fireplaces. Management company was in touch with us on a consistant bases and when there were minor issues they were handled in a quick manner. A few issues were that there was only very small closets and no dressers to store clothing. Living room furniture was very nice looking but not very comfortable. Also disappointed that the lower level bedroom was not an en suite. Large lower level bathroom had a glass windowed door that led to the hot tub. Home was hidden away in the woods but not a bad ride to food store and area attractions.
Not Terrible, But I Wouldn’T Use Elk Springs Again.
Considering the price of this cabin, it was not worth it. I’ll just quickly list the issues: No hand soap in bathrooms (they were filled with water). The main master had no toilet paper. The main master bathroom was visibly dirty with someone’s old soap bar stuck to the side, hair in the tub, and you could feel the leftover grime inside. The thermostat had a lock on it and some rooms were 75+ while others felt normal. We had someone come to check on that but it still didn’t fix the issue. The inside of the trashcan was very gross. There also was no hair dryer, which I have never experienced with other cabins and even hotels. This cabin was very pretty and the location was fine, but it seems they care more about looks than function and cleanliness. Given that some things were definitely skipped over, it makes me question if the beds were actually cleaned. We will not be choosing Elk Springs again.
