Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Mountain Memories Is The Perfect Name For This Fabulous Cabin!!!!
Our trip to Gatlinburg was such a great time! The Mountains are breathtaking, but our stay at Mountain Memories was the highlight of our stay! We were so very impressed with everything about the cabin! It was just so clean and decorated beautifully �� the beds were unbelievably comfortable in the roomy bedrooms and the open living room and kitchen area were great! We enjoyed the glorious view from the porch while relaxing in the rocking chairs...really enjoyed the awesome hot tub! We could go on and on but from the top floor to the bottom (laundry area was so nice to have) floor we had a perfect stay in Beautiful Mountain Memories!!! Also loved the location on the mountain...Perfect!!!

Our stay was fantastic. The cabin was beautiful and clean. The area was perfect! Close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The fire pit was awesome. Thank you for the hospitality! Would love to come back next year. Customer service also very good!

Beautiful Cabin With A Beautiful View!
Mountain Memories absolutely lived up to the name. The interior makes it easy to relax. The view from the deck is stunning. The only thing I would note is that the twin bed that is mentioned is a futon rather than a traditional bed (certainly not a deal breaker). I wouldn't hesitate a second to book this amazing cabin again.

We were very happy with this property! The location was private, the cabin was in good condition, and it looked as good as, if not better than the pictures! The property management company gave us all the information we needed and quickly replied to any questions we had.

Private Relaxation With A Beautiful View.
The check-in was super easy. The cabin was super clean. All the amenities were present and in good working condition. The hot tub was hot and clean. The tub seemed to be like new. Outdoor gas fireplace was amazing.
The pool table was very nice. Washer and dryer functional.
The bed was very comfortable. There were televisions on each level with direct tv.
The cabin was the last house on the mountain road so there was no traffic whatsoever. Very secluded, and still very close to all destinations in the area.
