Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

I loved the location, you could be in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge within 15 minutes. This is my new favorite cabin! My sister and I had a wonderful time!

Absolutely Stunning!
Gorgeous cabin in a great location! Had some difficulties with the direct tv but we hardly watched anything as we played so many games of pool, foosball and arcade games. Management was wonderful and helped with questions and requests. We even had a bear get into our vehicle since we forgot to lock it. No damage since there was no food, only muddy paw prints. Would have loved to get this on video as it would've added to our great stories.
If you are on the fence with renting this property, don't be. STUNNING views and a gorgeous cabin. Would definitely love to stay here agsin.

Great Place To Stay
Cabin was in a great location. Beautiful mountain view and not another cabin in view. Came complete with bears! Only negative was no bedroom on main level as I’m disabled. Primary suite with walk-in shower is on third level. Cabin was well equipped. Gas range was a plus as was separate refrigerator and freezer. Away from huge tourist crowds but easily accessible to Hwy 321, artisan community and Gatlinburg.
Amazing Stay
We came up as my family trip for my birthday and it was many years since I was able to have my husband and kids and my new granddaughter together in one home. It was the best birthday I could ever ask for! The cabin was absolutely beautiful
2024 Wine Down
We love staying at this cabin. This was our second year and look forward to our next visit. We are from Florida and had never experienced snow until this year staying at this cabin. It was magical for us. The only minor issue was there was not any firewood provided for the fireplace. I had called earlier in the week prior to arrival and was told it would be there and it was not. When I called about the wood not being there I was told the next morning that it would not be provided. It would have been nice to know ahead of time either in the listing or when I called prior to arriving.
Another Trip To Wine Down
This was our 9th stay at Wine Down. It has fabulous views away from busy Gatlinburg but close enough if you want to go into town. Apart from a few maintenance issues that were quickly resolved, I recommend this cabin. Hopefully they fix the dishwasher this time.
