"The three level back porches are great, we spent a lot of time there. Good shade so you aren’t in the direct hot sun. We played a lot of pool on the porch pool table. Views are amazing and you can see the mountains ‘smoke’ when it’s rainy or cooler. Some bears around, but they were not trying to get in cars or trash. Best movie room we’ve had at a cabin. Game room fun, lots of video game options. You are 35 min from Sugarland Visitor Center and 45 min from Dollywood, 1 hour and 30 min from Cades Cove. Food City about 20 min away. Cosby entrance about 20 min. Lots of bugs and they do get in the house. You need to communicate with Elk Springs through e-mail. They answered quickly to the issues we had. There is a driveway to another cabin that is close behind this cabin, so people will drive back and forth, but you can’t really see the other cabin. The driveway wasn’t too steep for the Smoky Mountain area, but it is gravel. They also had motion sensing lights on the driveway for night. We had a great stay here and would stay again. "

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Great Cabin!
My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. With all the amenities there was literally something for everyone! The kids loved the tree house and playground. We wished it was a little closer to other activities, but it wasn't a dealbreaker. We will definitely rent this cabin again.
Grand Vacation
Our multi-generational family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed a week stay at the Grand View Cabin! The location was great for our needs to access Smoky Mountain National Park and the cabin was amazing with the space inside and out. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub, pool table and games as well as the outdoor play area and firepit. Dinner each evening on the deck around the lage table was wonderful. The view was so peaceful and quiet! Our only challenge was getting hot water to the other levels, but we learned to work around it.

Cabin Fever!!!
Beautiful home!!! Beautiful view! The cleanliness! The cabin felt very homey! The features the vibe the jacuzzi and sauna actually works haha. If it wasn’t my daughter’s bday I woulda woke up everyday and just stayed in the house all day it’s so cozy! I love it!
2025 Family Fall Getaway
The cabin was amazing. The views were unbelievable along with all the amenities offered. My family enjoyed swinging around the fire pit nightly. And must say the occasional bear visiting us was extra special. Grandkids loved the play area outside ❤️
