Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Place was extraordinary. 6 of us. More than enough room. Hot tub, bath rooms, bedrooms were very clean. Lots of amenities as advertised. Appreciated the labels on the wall switches. Highly recommend.
Best Cabin Ever For Large Families
We have a family of 6, and this was the best vacation home we've ever stayed in. The owners thought of everything for kids and large families, right down to the toaster. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the rooms all of blackout curtains. The variety of games kept the kids busy all day, and the outdoor space is perfect for hosting an outdoor cookout if you want to invite some friends over.

Gorgeous cabin and extremely spacious! The playground was wonderful for our children and we enjoyed movie nights in the theater room. The service was impeccable and everything was addressed in a timely manner. We will be back!
Awesome Stay
I stayed at this cabin for 5 days. It was a great experience, and this cabin has a beautiful view. The only hiccup we had was the hot water in the basement wasn't working and it took two days for the maintenance person to fix it. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time and the cabin was clean.
Grand View
Fantastic cabin. Every time I rent from Elk Springs they never disappoint. Always promt to respond to emails and very helpful. We were on motorcycles and a storm came in just before check out time. They were very understanding that we needed an extra half hour due to the rain. The cleaning staff showed up and was also understanding while she waited. Every cabin I have rented has always been so clean and the views are great. Thank you again Elk Spring, see you in the future.
