Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Cabin Charm With A Bougie Flare!
Sunset Pointe did not "disappoint". Nestled inside the resort community. The cabin and amenities were amazing. Fun for kids and adults. Easy drive and close to everything. The only downside - is that there isn't a view.
Fun Family Stay
We really enjoyed our family vacation at Sunset Pointe. The cabin is beautiful and there were so many options for everyone to relax and have fun. Video games and the pool were a hit, along with the theater. We also spent time playing board games and relaxing in the cozy living room. Beds were comfy and the cabin was clean. Had a minor maintenance issue come up but it was addressed quickly. Ants were a bit of a problem, but in the woods, this is not surprising. Would definitely stay again!
Exceeded Expectations!
My family picked this location to celebrate a 40th birthday. We loved and used every amenity the house offered: the pool and hot tub were the kids favorites followed by the games and theatre room! It was a short ride to get to downtown Gatlinburg which was wonderful! The neighborhood was very clean and the family enjoyed taking walks throughout the day , we even got to see a mom and two baby bears on one of our walks. Would come back again for sure! The house was picturesque!
Birthday Getaway
The cabin is wonderful I definitely stay there again The interior was wonderful but I will say I've never seen a microwave like that one the outside firepit was so relaxing the pool perfect
Amazing Cabin
My family and I really enjoyed the cabin. It had plenty to do for the kids, plenty of sleeping areas, clean, and host was great. The only suggestion is to have more toilet paper and paper towels for guests staying for a week. One roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper isn't enough for 10 people for 7 days!

Amazing experience! Went along with some friends and the cabin was everything imaginable. Only issue is our stay wasn't long enough!
