Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Great cabin despite the sauna that kept tripping the reset button. There are some areas needing improvement. One of the plates had dried egg yolk on it and a glass had lip marks on it, prompting a full dish wash of everything. The car charge could be paid for you very minor expense that could be absorbed. Covering up the visible plumbing in the ceiling would be ideal for the overall ascetic. Dimmer switches please, it was all or nothing on some of the light fixtures. Bigger shower heads or multiple heads would be a nice addition. Blinds in the pool room for more privacy. Descriptions for the symbols on the AC/Heater remote needed. Faster fill spout for the soaking tub it takes 20m or so to fill. All in all the cabin and experience was good, these would be my suggestions. 10/10 would stay again. Customer service was outstanding.
Amazing Modern Cabin & Easy Access
Cabin was perfect! Couldn't have asked for a better cabin and location to both Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge. Only issues was only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, so make sure to stop and get more. Also only one roll of paper towels. There was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms or kitchen. Just a cleansing bar and dish soap that was the size of hand sanitizers. All the dishes had to be rinsed off because of the dust on them. Also one of the split units didnt work because batteries in the remote were dead. Bathroom downstairs was super dirty, from baseboard, back of door, alot of dust!

Perfect Newer Cabin In A Great Location
We loved our stay here. I thought the sauna and pool were nice touches, but they helped our recovery perfectly from some strenuous hikes we did. I spent a lot of time soaking in the tub that overlooks the forest, as well. We saw some adolescent bear and some deer. Quite frankly, I didn't want to leave. It was out of the craziness of downtown, but close enough. I'll be back ❤️.
A Fantastic Family Retreat
We had a lovely time staying at Alta Maya. It was perfect location to visit both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
Great Getaway
Excellent location that feels like your secluded but close enough to what town has to offer. Quick weekend get away to rest and recharge for my wife and I and we couldn't have had a better place to stay for just that. We utilized the pool, the projection tv for movies, and both decks. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. Elk Springs stayed in touch via text to make sure everything was okay and replied quickly when text sent. Will certainly be booking with Elk Springs next trip to Gatlinburg.
