Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Perfect Vacation Cabin
Our cabin was clean, well equipped, and decor and furnishings were great. Did not much care for the main level bed. Had a hard hump going down the middle. Another plus was we had wildlife friends visit. Had a bear, wild turkeys and ground hogs.
Fabulous
The cabin is gorgeous, clean and just as described. We followed our GPS and it took us on some backroads in but once we explored we found our way around and the easier way in and out. We had a bear come through nightly. This place is secluded but close enough to everything. This was our first time visiting the area and we will be back.
Wonderful Time
Grin and bear it was absolutely gorgeous. Had everything we need and it was our first time actually seeing a bear in our 19 years visiting gatlinburg which was a treat.

Great Stay!
Overall we had a wonderful stay at this cabin. We chose this cabin due to lack of steps to get to the front door. Traveling with elderly parents who needed the easy access. We enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. The driveway is shared with the neighboring cabin and is pretty steep. We had a bear come through a few nights during our stay. He attempted to removed the hot tub cover one night, knocked over the trash bin another night, and left muddy paw prints all around the car. Be sure to take bear precautions at this cabin. Would stay here again. The Elk Springs resort area was quiet and peaceful!
A Beautiful Oasis
I was initially impressed with the communication from Elk Springs. We had a wonderful time in Grin & Bear It! The views were beautiful and we really enjoyed the hot tub. The unit had all we needed for a wonderful week. We saw 4 bears including one walking across the deck!
