Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Wonderful Stay
The cabin was clean and ready to go on arrival. All instructions were easy to follow. We only had one issue and it was rectified promptly by the staff even for the late hour it happened. We would stay there again if we travel back to the area.

Wish there had been a first floor bathroom. Otherwise it was perfect.
Great Place
Very nice cabin and easily accessible. Used the pool daily. The check in and out process was easy and the staff was very helpful with any questions I had along the way.
Better Than Expected
Sugar Plum Pines was amazing. It was much bigger than expected. The firplaces were awesome! The view was amazing. The master bath situation does not provide much privacy, although the space is cool. There wasn't much room for everyone to gather together. The theatre room was somewhat small, in that all 4 guests couldn't watch a movie at the same time. We would definitely stay in this or any Elk Springs Property again.

Love the modern clean decor of cabin. We used the heated pool daily!! Perfect couple getaway. Looks exactly like pics.
