Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Rental was easy except they send you a contract to sign the day you check in and I was told if I didn’t get it I would not be able to stay. But they use a website that Gmail considers “high risk” so they sent it to your trash

Very nice cabin. Clean and neat. Our only objection to the cabin was the benches by the table. The kids kept tripping over the side leg pieces that protruded a little.
Elk Springs Resort Cabin
me and my friends had a great time at this cabin! it had beautiful views and was super spacious. we used the theater room a lot and the hot tub was wonderful. it was a bit of a drive to downtown pigeon forge and gatlinburg but ubers were super cheap. 10/10 recommend this cabin. will be booking again in the future.
Lazy Daze Lodge For The Win
My husband and I planned a week long stay at Lazy Dazy Lodge to relax and enjoy all the cabin had to offer. Although it sleeps 12 the price was so fabulous during the off season we couldn't pass it up. So clean, beautifully decorated, amenities were awesome and high on our list the water pressure was great.
Group Weekend Getaway Made Easy
Booked this cabin last minute after viewing the excellent reviews. We were throughly impressed with the customer service from the team when we reached out with questions. After checking in we found that all of the amenities were in great condition! Overall this cabin was clean and spacious for our group of 10. We will definitely be repeat customers.
