Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Wedding Celebration!!
Property description good. Lack of supplies. Toilet paper, dish soap, hand soup, paper towel, not the cleanest place. Lack of garbage bags.
Perfect Cabin!!
We stayed in the Four Seasons. It was just perfect for our family. It was well cared for and well appointed. Extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. We took advantage of all of the amenities and really enjoyed our stay.
Cozy Home Away From Home
Beautiful space filled with everything you need. Secluded with ample room for relaxation and amazing views. Would highly recommend!
Spring Break Vacation
One of the best cabins we have stayed at. The cabin was very spacious, plenty of room for everybody to spread out and we all loved the 4 outdoor balconies. Elk springs resorts was good with communication and even text when a storm was rolling thru the area. Giving pointers on what to prep and secure before the storm hit. Wish we could have stayed longer.
Birthday Celebration With Spring Break
The Chalet was very nice and very spacious. We loved the fireplaces and outdoor porches.. Thank you maintenance for fixing light in kitchen and relighting pilot light on one fireplace. House keeping needs to know fitted sheet goes on first then flat sheet and needed to clean the oven. Kids enjoyed the hot tub, pool table and arcade. Has plenty of parking.view was nice.
Awesome Experience!
Our vacation was wonderful from the booking experience through to the checkout and follow-up. Our cabin had everything we needed while also being comfortable, beautiful, and roomy. The location was convenient to area attractions like Dollywood, yet close enough to get free deliveries using Walmart Plus while still being remote enough to be in the woods and surrounded by the wilderness we were looking for. The customer service team and the maintenance crew were all very kind, patient, and quick to respond to any questions or issues we had, and given the opportunity, we would stay here again.
