"Nice cabins best beds we ever slept in, in a rental. Only complaint would be the hot tub on the main level. It’s very far from the door would be better if on lower level where your close to a door and not a long walk to a bathroom. Had trouble with gas logs/heat but had someone come out to fix. "

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Great Cabin!!
What a nice cabin. It was far enough from town we didn’t have the traffic but close enough to drive there. The cabin was very spacious and homey. My family and I had a great time. The only thing I found wrong was there were no dish towels or clothes to wash dishes. Other than that it was perfect!!

Hiking Getaway With Famly
Convenient location. We enjoyed being away from downtown Gatlinburg. We used most of the amenities such as the hot tub, pool table and theater. Unfortunately, we discovered that the Jetta bathtub was broken and the resort sent someone right over, but they were unable to repair it during our stay. Make sure to bring or purchase extra dishwasher tablets, washing machine soap, and TP.
