Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

The Amazing Fontana
The Fontana was everything you'd want in a getaway cabin! Elk Springs isn't far from both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. There's also a stunning community of local artists that we loved that were close by. The hot tub was amazing to sit in after a long day of walking around. The kitchen was well stocked with various essentials; however, you definitely still need to check whatever you may be cooking, just in case! Overall, this was an amazing cabin, and trip, for me and my girlfriends. We're already talking about booking again at some point!
A Fun Smokey Mountain Vacation
Our Family had a great time staying in the Fontana Cabin. Our kids loved the deck and Gazebos and also learned to play pool on the included table as an added bonus. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy a great vacation. Look forward to visiting again!
Great Little Cabin Near Gatlinburg
The Fontana was spotless upon arrival (and was ready 3 hours early!!). Check in was a breeze, they texted a code for the door and we were in. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, bring your own hangers, and a 4 drawer dresser. The king bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows and an extra blanket in the closet. The kitchen has a nice layout, a few cooking items, and full table setting. The loft area has another bath with shower,a walk in closet, a jacuzzi tub, and pool table. The kids said the pull out couch wasn't the most comfortable, but it wasn't terrible. The deck was nice with 2 rocking chairs and a gas grill. The hot tub was awesome , I just wish it was under a roof for those rainy nights. There is a stacked washer and dryer just bring your laundry detergent. There is a 4 person table that is a little tight as it's right in front of the door to the deck. And 2 bar stools at the bar. The cabin is in the Arts and Crafts area of Gatlinburg with many quaint shops and specialty items. We parked at the trolley stop only 3 minutes from the cabin and rode into downtown Gatlinburg. There is a grocery store only 5 minutes away.
Great Cabin, Relaxing Weekend
The cabin was great. I wish we had been able to stay longer so we could have enjoyed the hot tub more. We played several games on the pool table. The cabin is not far from downtown Gatlinburg and only about a 30 minute drive or so to Sevierville. My only complaint is that the cabins are very close to each other and we had a neighbor with a very loud truck that would idle in driveway for long periods and we could hear it in the bedroom late at night.
