Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Family Fun
We enjoyed our family vacation. The cabin had the best layout we have had since we started staying at Elk Springs. A great location to all of our activities and easy roads to get to the cabin. We look forward to our next year's getaway.

Great cabin, had everything we needed. Clean, great theater room, lots of dishes. Saw two bears, 2 different days!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only recommendations I would make for this cabin would be in the theater room downstairs. It would be nice if the theater system was hooked up to the cable tv. In the downstairs bedroom, a tv needs to be added so that you can watch tv in the bedroom.

The cabin was amazing. It was very clean and in a great location. Only took about 15 minutes to get anywhere. We totally enjoyed our time.
The cabin could use more silverware and pots and pans. Cooking for 12 was tough but we made it work. There was only 8 forks so some had to use spoons for breakfast and dinner.

Great Cabin!
We loved our stay. The cabin was perfect. Great for a single family or multiple families to share with the three levels. Loved the game room and theater room for the kids. It was also conveniently located about 15 mins from downtown Gatlinburg and about 20 from downtown Pigeon Forge. Would definitely stay again!
First Time Cabin Stay
A basketball tournament brought us down to Gatlinburg, TN. Great experience! Not too far from town but secluded and quiet.
