Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Luxury 1 Bedroom Cabin Moonstruck
We arrive at the cabin and it was Beautiful got settle in and explore Gatlinburg and the smoky mountains then back to cabin for 100% relaxation.
But the pool table was not the regular size, The windows were dirty and outside lights were dusty, Hot tub had a ring around it.
Besides that it was perfect.
But forgot ten dollars lottery ticket and water cooler would like to have my property mailed back if possible.3

A Cabin Stay You Won'T Regret
Me and my husband were very pleased with the cabin! It was so beautiful and the bed was super comfortable! The jacuzzi tub was nice to use as a way to relax and unwind, was very convenient to be able to watch tv while in the tub! The whole cabin, the view and the location was just perfect! The drive there is just beautiful. Convenient we were close by to Trish's mountain diner! Highly recommend stopping there for some breakfast and lunch if you just want to get out for a bit!

This cabin is the best beautiful cabin and scenery. Elksprings resort has the best customer care we have ever had. They are very helpful for anything !!!
Moonstruck Cabin
We had a wonderful time staying at Moonstruck for our mini getaway. The cabin was very clean upon arrival. It is a beautiful cabin for 2 people. Very easy drive to the cabin and very close to trails and downtown Gatlinburg. The only downside is if you want complete quiet you won't get it because you can hear the traffic on 321 if you are sitting outside on the deck. The view is beautiful however.
