"The cabin was just as pictured. It was spacious and perfect for our family of 6. The only notes I would pass on to the next guest is the beds in the “attic” are hard to get to for littles. We had planned on our 3 kids sleeping there, but it was too high for our 3 year old to climb up, and then leave up there all night. There was a blow up mattress, so it all worked out! The sofa upstairs had a pull out bed, but when pulling it out, there was a ton of popcorn in it, so we assumed those sheets hadn’t been cleaned. Also, there is not a ball for the foosball table (we asked for one and was told they would have housekeeping bring one, but we must have missed them). There is only one roll of toilet paper, so we did have to go get more, so I would pack that! Overall the communication was great, the cabin was beautiful and we will be going back! Very convenient check in and out process! "

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Great Cabin!

Great Cabin! Will Be Back Next Year!
This cabin is great. Everything is clean. A/C and heat worked really well. Tv had all channels and streaming. Beautiful views. Easy drive to cabin. We love legacy mountain. Hot tub is nice to relax and look at the mountains. Kitchen and laundry is well equipped. Elk Springs Resort Cabin rentals is a great company to use. They are very easy to text with for anything. They respond quick and are eager to make your stay perfect. I asked for certain kitchen supplies I needed last year and they listened and the things were there this year. We’ve booked cabins through them for at least 5 years. We trust them.

Aside from the easiest check in ever, the place was clean, very cozy and comfortable. Fit my family of 5, perfectly. We will be back next year!

This particular cabin did require a vehicle with AWD. It offered a beautiful view. It was the perfect size for 2 people on their anniversary trip. Nice little kitchen. A little more closet space would have been nice. It was easy to navigate to, the directions they sent for entry were spot on. The company was easily accessible and very nice.
