Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Beautiful Mountain Views And A Relaxing Stay
We really enjoyed our stay at Summit Views! The mountain views were beautiful, and the cabin was comfortable and relaxing. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after spending the day exploring Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the location was peaceful. We had a wonderful trip and would definitely recommend Summit Views to anyone looking for a relaxing mountain getaway!

Only critique would be that the hot tub was unusable due to the high temperature it was set at (106). Despite removing cover and pressing the temperature down it only dropped two degrees in two hours and was unusable. If you intend to use the hot tub my advice would be to uncover it and let it cool for as long as possible - realistically several hours. Despite this we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the cabin.

Beautiful View!!
The view from our cabin was beautiful. Some of the inside needs to be updated, carpeting, rocking chairs, wall hangings and plants. Decking could use some work too. Signage to the clubhouse would have been nice. Loved that ziplining was right on the property! Overall it was nice stay and we enjoyed our time.

Vacation 2026
Upon arrival everything was very clean. The directions given prior made it very easy to find the cabin. Once checking in we found the hot tub was not working. They got maintenance out quickly. The gentle man was very polite and tried everything he could to make it right. They had our hot tub fixed the next day.
