Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Beautiful Views And Relaxation
Our experience at Elk Springs Resort cabins is always a must stay in Tennessee for us. We have stayed as a family and just my husband and I. This was the perfect Cabin for our 22nd year anniversary. So beautiful and relaxing. Loved every part of this cabin. This cabin has streaming only and that would have been my only heads up for another guest. My husband wanted an NFL football game but like I told him. We didn't come for the TV. Thank you for everything!! This Cabin is a must stay!

Wonderful View Of Mountains And Wildlife.
We celebrated our 25th anniversary at this beautiful cabin. While drinking coffee on balcony in early morning hours we seen black bear walk through the back yard. We enjoyed playing pool and using hot tub. This cabin had everything we could have needed. Thank you for a great vacation.

More Than Expected
The most memorable part of our stay was walking into the most beautiful views from the minute we opened our cabin door. The cabin was immaculate. The communication throughout the week was very was so peaceful and serene. The pool was very clean . My husband enjoyed the sauna as well.There was so much space. Very relaxing and freeing.
