Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Our cabin was clean, spacious, welcoming and had stunning views. We highly recommend Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals because their reservation process was easy and customer service was super kind--we even received a call from them during our stay to be sure everything was ok. We would definitely stay here again!
Beautiful Cabin
Our stay was amazing. The cabin was beautiful and the kids loved the pool. We were checked on when we checked in and after we checked out. The view from our balcony was absolutely stunning and we even got to see a bear up by the pool on our last night! We will definitely book again next year!

Still A Nice Cabin With A Different Great View Everyday.
We have been visiting this cabin every year for at least 10 years now. It has everything we need. It has a full kitchen, dishwasher and a washer and dryer. The hot tub is fairly new and we use it everyday. It is a very comfortable and relaxing cabin. The view from both porches is great. The cabin is centrally located so you can be in Pigeon Forge, Gaitlinburrg, or Sevierville in 15 minutes or less. The National Park is easily accessible and Knoxville is less than an hour away. There are plenty of nice resturants in the area. We always go to the Park Grille, Aubrey's and this time we tried Holston's in Seveirville and really liked it too. There are many cabins to choose from in this location. We have stayed in a few different cabins but there is only 2 of us so we don't need more than one bedroom. We love the area, the mountains and the weather. We will be back next spring ...
