Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Shady Creek Cabin
Overall cabin was great could use a deep clean on the stove top and grill. Master bedroom TV didn't work but not a deal breaker. Home is cute and comfortable creek in the back made for a relaxing evening on the deck.
As A Returning Guest Of Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals
We loved our stay for my birthday so much that we decided to come back again but this time rent a bigger cabin, through same company. We were so so disappointed. The house smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned. The blankets did not smell clean either. Property overall was not cleaned very well- looks like no one checked anything prior to us checking in. Compared to the first property we stayed at - this one was a disappointment. I washed my bedding because I just couldn’t sleep like that - the night of checking in I was up to 3am washing beddings so we could sleep comfortably. My family did not like it at all. I’d give it a 3/10. As an AirB&B cleaner myself, this property was not considered clean.
“Gorgeous Creek View, Disappointing Stay”
The view of the creek is stunning, but that’s the only good part. The house was not clean, the washer didn’t work properly, and there was no internet or TV connection during my entire stay. Definitely needs better maintenance and management.
