Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

The Best Stay Ever
The photos of the cabin doesn't do it justice. You HAVE to stay here to appreciate the details, space, and outdoor surroundings. The check in process was a breeze, having 4 different rooms all with their own private bathroom was wonderful, the hot tub was amazing (especially at night), and hearing the creek rolling sealed the deal. We did have a bear open the "bear proof" trash container and scatter some trash one evening, one day we saw a bear in the creek, and another evening we saw 2 bear walking down the road in-front of our drive.
We would definitely rent this cabin again for our next family retreat in the Smokey Mountains!

Cannot Wait To Go Back, Perfect!!!
The house was amazing, clean and just wonderful. The hot tub was presteen. The creek running thru our backyard was my happy place all week. Our family had the absolute best time. The staff was so quick to respond with questions and they get a 10!! We will be back and we would love to stay in the same house. The porch was incredible!!

Great location; cabin was great; housekeeping didn't leave enough of towels and wash cloths; they attempted to fix the issue but still missing wash cloths.
Wonderful Week!
We had a wonderful week at Creeksong cabin! The cabin was clean, kitchen was stocked with anything and everything we could need and then some! Very spacious and we had plenty of room for 4 families that included 6 adults and 2 kiddos under 2. The porches were awesome! There was so much room and the fire place outside on the one porch was wonderful. We loved how they were screened in and safe for our kiddos. The creek running behind the cabin was very peaceful and relaxing to sit by as well as fun for the kiddos to play in. Elk Springs checked in on us when we arrived, made sure we didn’t need anything and when we needed the garbage emptied all we had to do was send a text and they got it taken care of that day! Overall we had a great time and wonderful experience with Elk Springs, will definitely be back!

Our second time staying in Creeksong and we love it. Nice and spacious with a stream running on one side is so relaxing. We will be back!
