Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

A Relaxing Time
The cabin was very nice, clean and cozy. The view was amazing every morning. Well all day. The view just seemed to keep getting better. We will be staying with Elk Springs Resort again.
Terrific Cabin
This Cabin was the perfect fit for my wife and I on our honeymoon. The view is absolutely gorgeous, the kitchen has pans, plates, glasses etc. the hottub is easy to operate.
The drive up to the cabin may be a little scary for those who are not used to mountain roads but we had no issues. The location is also very nice, close to gatlinburg and pidgeon forge.

Absolutely Perfect!
We chose a cabin for our honeymoon and have absolutely no regrets! Everything was so clean and cozy! The hot tub was amazing, and the fire pit was perfect at night time. We will definitely be coming back! Could not recommend more!

The cabin is a great 1-bedroom cabin. Perfect to just get away and relax .

Second Honeymoon
Twin Peaks cabin was perfect. The location is peaceful and the mountain views are phenomenal. My husband and I loved sitting on the porch in the comfortable rocking chairs, drinking in the views whilst having a cup of coffee or a cold beer. The cabin is beautifully done, cozy and has everything you need. The bed is so comfortable and rain shower in the bathroom is refreshing. Loved the hot tub after a day of exploring. It was the perfect place for our second honeymoon, 29 years. Definitely will be back.
