Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Ga-Carolina Annual Retreat
This was our second time booking directly with Elk Spring Resort, and once again, the experience was outstanding. The team was very professional and polite, offering the kind and warm Southern hospitality that truly makes you feel welcome. The cabin was spacious for 10 ppl and clean. Parking was adequate for 4+ cars. Communication throughout the process was excellent.Check-in, payment, and check-out were all quick, simple, and stress-free. We would absolutely recommend Elks Spring Resort and look forward to booking again.

Great cabin. Only thing fix- kitchen mixer wouldn't work. Need more baking dishes Kitchen sink water pressure was low.
Had A Great Time !!
Only complaint we had was that the air conditioning on the lower level of the house was not working, called it in on Monday, it was repaired on Thursday. Things break down, it happens, my problem with the situation was that no one kept us informed as to when and how long before it was going to be repaired, I had to call every day to find out how things were progressing. Other than that we had a great time and the cabin was amazing and hopefully we'll see you next year.
Lovely Vacation
This was a very nice cabin. The only complaint I had was the location. I did realize that it was farther out, but I did not realize it was so far up the mountain. It's a very winding trek, that actually made me nauseous, until my husband took the drive a little slower every time. But it was a very good vacation, and even seen 2 bears on our first morning in the grass clearing nearby, and one ventured up on our deck railing one night and left footprints.
Hawks Vue Lodge
Just came back from Elks Springs resort and stayed at Hawks Vue for my daughter's 40th birthday (lives in tn.) Had the family in. Everyone was amazed, loved the cabin, clean,and beautiful scenery.alot updated and had to learn lol how to use fridge temp and dishwasher but all in all great and any questions or help was a immediate response!the only reason I put 4for safety was the road not use to the windy roads
