"We stayed at the cabin during the first week of August with a group of six adults and three kids, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The cabin was spacious, comfortable, and had so many activities that both the adults and kids had plenty to enjoy throughout our stay.<br/><br/>The hot tub was especially enjoyable for the adults, and everyone had fun with the pool table, game console, and movie room. There was always something to do when we were relaxing at the cabin.<br/><br/>The cabin truly lives up to its Hawk’s View name! The mountain views were beautiful, and one of our favorite parts of the trip was sitting in the rocking chairs on the porch each morning with our coffee and taking in the scenery. We even got to see deer in the field and valley next to the cabin, which made the experience even more special.<br/><br/>The location was great, and the roads leading to the cabin were easy to drive and well maintained. The cabin was clean when we arrived and stocked with the starter supplies exactly as advertised.<br/><br/>We did have one issue with a ceiling fan and light not working. When I called the customer service number, they were very helpful and sent someone out the same day. Unfortunately, the issue wasn't able to be repaired during our stay, but we appreciated how quickly they responded and tried to address it.<br/><br/>Overall, we had a wonderful stay and made some great family memories. Between the beautiful mountain views, spacious accommodations, entertainment, and peaceful mornings on the porch, Hawk’s View was a great place for our group. We would definitely stay here again!"

If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Beautiful Vacation House
My husband and I and our friends enjoyed the house so much! It was great having private suites for each couple. The road up to the house was intense! But wouldn't deter me from renting here again.
Ga-Carolina Annual Retreat
This was our second time booking directly with Elk Spring Resort, and once again, the experience was outstanding. The team was very professional and polite, offering the kind and warm Southern hospitality that truly makes you feel welcome. The cabin was spacious for 10 ppl and clean. Parking was adequate for 4+ cars. Communication throughout the process was excellent.Check-in, payment, and check-out were all quick, simple, and stress-free. We would absolutely recommend Elks Spring Resort and look forward to booking again.

Had A Great Time !!
Only complaint we had was that the air conditioning on the lower level of the house was not working, called it in on Monday, it was repaired on Thursday. Things break down, it happens, my problem with the situation was that no one kept us informed as to when and how long before it was going to be repaired, I had to call every day to find out how things were progressing. Other than that we had a great time and the cabin was amazing and hopefully we'll see you next year.
