Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Amazing Weekend Getaway
What an amazing experience from the moment we booked. Customer service was amazing even after we canceled booking because of a family emergency and when we called back they worked hard to make sure we still had our cabin. Time Well Spent
property is exactly as advertised. Comfortable, well equipped, beautiful, serene, and quiet. Flock of turkeys live nearby and love to entertain.
A Gorgeous Cabin In A Peaceful Area
I loved my stay in a slice of heaven! It had everything i needed. The place was clean and spotless, the beds were comfortable, hot tub was perfection, and I will definitely be staying here again!

Relaxing Week
We had a wonderful relaxing week in this cabin. Truly the cleanest cabin we have ever stayed in. Furniture was ok - well used but clean. Kitchen had most of what you needed. Would have liked a larger frying pan as we cooked all week but it was fine. We would stay in this cabin again. Really didn't want to leave. There was only 2 of us - so we only used the main floor. We would happily stay here again. Thank you! PS - we did see a bear up in the trees outside the front door the first full day we were there. It was amazing. Highly recommend.
