Apalachee Pool Lodge Review
The property description was accurate regarding the location, layout, and amenities. The only problem was the right upstairs bedroom breaker kept tripping every 20 minutes without any addition items being plugged in which was irritating to go and fix the breaker. The breaker trip issue was only a problem when it got dark since room lights were not needed in the daylight hours.
Do Not Rent!
Disappointment. The pool had a scum line, was low on water and the pool area is in total disrepair. The fountains did not work and the whole house stereo system was also completely useless! It rained one evening and we had 3 leaks in the living room. Before we caught the leak, it had soaked one small area on one of two rather dated couches and the other had a large rip to one of the cushions. My daughter went to place her bags in her room and found a rather large fake eye lash stuck to the night stand! Management did have the pool company out the next day to at least make it useable, however, you still had to swim in an area that at best was less than appealing. Certainly nothing like the pictures seen on their advertisement! I was assured someone would get back with me about my displeasure after asking for at minimum a partial refund... crickets! I urge anyone thinking of booking this particular home to NOT! I would truly like to attach photos here that I have taken of the issues written above.
