Family Vacation
THE HOME WAS REALLY NICE WITH PLENTY OF ROOMS FOR 8 ADULTS AND 6 CHILDREN, THE KIDS LOVED THE THEATER ROOM, ARCADE GAMES AND THE FIRE PIT. THE ADULTS LIKED THE LARGE BEDROOM SUITES, EACH WITH A JETTED TUB. IT IS LOCATED IN A GREAT LOCATION, CLOSE TO ALL THE ATTRACTIONS BUT FAR ENOUGH AWAY TO NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE TRAFFIC, AND IN A QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD AND THE NEIGHBORS NOT TO CLOSE. THE PROPERTY MANAGER WAS GREAT AND VERY ATTENTIVE TO ANY ISSUES THAT WE HAD.
Overall, Experience Was Great
We enjoyed our stayed at this lodge. Built in the core of great smoky mountains. Rooms were organised, bathrooms were cleaned. Kitchens were equipped with all the necessary items needed to make your stay excellent. Indoor pool was pretty big to accommodate the entire guest in my trip. Only the concern was the propane tank which was little greasy. Besides that, I have overall great experience. Must try Cherokee pool lodge! You won’t be disappointed.
Wonderful Cabin With Great Pool!
The house was a great size with good amenities for a large family group and kids. The pool was put to good use and the kids loved that there were arcade games.

The owners & beartracks were so awesome before our arrival ! They went above to make sure we had a great mountain vacation !
Christmas Present Flop
Took my grandchildren to TN for Christmas present. Rented this cabin that was out of the way since it had a private indoor pool game room theater room. Pool had issues and pump leaked due to worn gasket. Maintenance was working on it when we arrived. He told me the pool would be unusable since he had to refill it that day and heater only heats 5 to 8 degrees a day. The water was freezing temp at 57° and 64° on day of departure 5 days later. He suggested I message the host with the issue in which was forwarded to Bear Tracts but I got no response from them. Charged full amount even though property amenity was not usable. Im very disappointed ��
