Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

We enjoyed our stay and everything was just as expected. We loved that it was far enough from town to relax and enjoy the peace & quiet but yet it was close enough to everything that we needed.

This cabin was so beautiful easy to get into an easy to find a 20 minute drive to Gatlinburg wasn’t bad. Everything we need was in the cabin phone call away if we needed something my family really enjoyed it..

Awesome Experience
This was our first family trip, and it was amazing. The cabin was great for our family, and I give it 10 hands down. Thought we had a problem with the toilet upon arrival. I text the rental place and they were out the next morning and fixed it with no problem. They were very friendly and making the reservations were very simple. I would like to go back with a few couple for a weekend couples' getaway. Elk Springs Resort I will be back!!!!!!
