The rental was clean, comfortable, and had wonderful views. Perfect for our family of 4. We were there for baseball and all families stayed on Legacy. Bonus is a bear sighting in a tree outside of the cabin. Easy communication with rental point of contact. Convenient to all of the Pigeon Forge attractions while still being in the mountains.

I wanted a cabin with great views and after a lot of research, chose this cabin and it did not disappoint. The views were absolutely stunning, I cried. I loved waking up early and watching the sunrise over the mountains from the deck or kitchen table. The cabin was beautiful, very large and clean. It was well equipped with extra pillows, blankets, dishes, towels, etc. The hot tub was clean and in great shape also.

The location is great, really close to Dollywood and most other attractions. The cabin was easy to access, the nearby roads were good and the roads up legacy mountain to the cabin are wide, paved, and well maintained. This was very important for us as we stayed somewhere last year that was absolutely terrifying getting in and out of. It was nice not to worry about that this time.

We have stayed at Legacy Mountain through Elk Springs resort several times and never had issues. This time was different in that when we arrived at the cabin in the mid-evening, we found that the kitchen cleaning wasn’t done. A mop was standing by the sink and the cabinet under the sink and a drawer had been left open. Upon closer inspection we saw why-mice droppings on the floor, under the sink and in the silverware drawer. My guess is that cleaning hadn’t been finished due to possibly needing different cleaning materials or mice traps/bait. I quickly texted the office and sent pictures and received very prompt responses to arrange when maintenance could come. They came the next day and thoroughly cleaned the entire kitchen and the living room floor too. Although they did not send mice traps or bait as we requested, they assured us that pest control would be contacted if we had further issues. We had throughout the rest of the week and enjoyed our time there! The cabin is beautiful, the arcade was great and the views were wonderful. It was great to be able to enjoy the sun on our deck in early February!! We were surprised that the upstairs TV was via Xfinity but the two downstairs were streaming channels only (we thought all would be streaming channels only). Also, there is no DVD player at least right now as the the description said. But overall, we had a great time and will happily come back and stay in this cabin again if we can! Thank you Elk Springs staff for prompt responses, checking in on us and an overall great stay!!!

The pictures do not do justice for how incredible this cabin is. From the view to the ease of communication with the cabin owners, you cannot go wrong booking this cabin. The Christmas decorations were such a nice homey touch too. The only negative thing about it, was two days wasn’t long enough to enjoy it! Will definitely be back to stay here.

We've had stayed at many Elk Spring cabins, and this is by far one of the best cabins. We were welcomed with holiday decorations and fresh flowers on the table. It was very clear that the owners of this cabin are taking very good care of the property. The views were great. It was a wonderful getaway for us to destress and enjoy the views. We will definitely look to stay at this cabin again in the future!
