Great Vacation!
We absolutely love this condo at park place. The balcony is right at the fork of the river, which was beautiful music to our ears. The location is great for walking downtown or hopping on the parkway in the car to go over to Pigeon Forge. We hated to leave, but we will be back soon.
Awsome Place
We stayed in 109, which is, by far the prettiest condo. I think everything was nice and clean and we enjoyed our stay to the max
A Perfect Location
This unit was in a perfect location - a stone’s throw from the National Park and bypass and a few steps from the main attractions. It is on the red trolley line as well. The unit is updated and comfortable with a great view of the creek. Very peaceful and relaxing!

Best Beds Ever!!!
Wonderful condo. Stayed there for the Gatlinburg Christmas parade. One of the best locations I’ve stayed. It was close to everything, but far enough away that you heard nothing but the creek below the condo. Like I said in the title probably the best bed ever. Also the best check in experience I’ve had. Not a bunch of useless questions or paperwork just straight to the point and very courteous.
