"Our experience at Park Place Condos was wonderful. It took a little while to get into our room; but it was worth the wait. I felt cozy in our condo due to its location. Town was only a red light away. We were at the top of the town - near NOC. <br/>The room was nice and clean and spacious. Tye carpet was soft and clean. I’m a pvt person and this is so minor to mention; but a few slats were missing from the vertical blinds. The double balconies were great! The showers were spacious and clean - actually better than my whole house - I’m on my way back!!"

Good place that is in the heart of town, but feels like it is out on its own. You are able to walk everywhere from this location.
Mountain Getaway
This was our 2nd time staying in these condos, we like them. I love the balcony overlooking the river. The location is great if you prefer being away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Gatlinburg.
Perfect Gatlinburg Getaway!
We absolutely loved our stay at Park Place! It’s conveniently located close to the trolly stop so you can ride up and down the main strip! The staff are wonderful! We ended up coming a day early and they were more than willing to accommodate us! The units are nice and clean and have everything you need! The river view was a wonderful place to relax after spending the day out! We will definitely stay here again!
