"This is my second time at the property. It’s honestly my favorite place to stay in Gatlinburg. I enjoy sitting on the balcony watching the bears down in the river. My only complaint I have is I think there should be parking passes. During the Gatlinburg parade I had to park in the driveway. A bunch of people who didn’t belong parked there for the parade which isn’t fair for people who paid to be there. They definitely need parking passes. But other than that. I love the place and will be back. It’s a great bang for your buck. Very comfortable. I give them a 5 star rating. "
