Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Cherokee Charm Cabin
Second booking with Elk Springs Resort. They run a 5 star operation. Cabin was exactly as it was presented. The company staff is the best. Only rental agency we use for our trips the that area.
Great Stay
We stayed 3 nights and 4 days. Cabin was ready before check in time. It was spotless. We had an issue with a blown bulb on the patio with the hot tub. I called to report and someone came out within the hour to fix the issue. Check out was a breeze. Customer service is top notch.

Our cabin was a great experience. There were multiple issues we had with a few things, the staff was very helpful through text messages. The kids had a great time. We would highly recommend staying at this cabin.
Amazing
We’ve been here 3 times and always boom through elksprings resorts! They never disappoint! The places are always in great condition! They staff is always helpful with anything and are great at getting things done in a timely manner. This is the only place I’ve been where they allow you to check in as soon as your cabin is ready.
Cherokee Charm
The entire resort looks to be well kept and nicely maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and responsive. The bed and sofa weren’t the most comfy but I guess nothing beats the comforts of home. The resort is very conveniently located to everything we wanted to do and see. Overall a great vacation.
