Convenient Location
Very nice and friendly people, conveniently located to access of all parts of the town, including the park. It has covered parking also which is a plus.
Best Stay On The Parkway
This is our go to place to stay in Gatlinburg. Great bang for your buck. Close enough o walk the parkway. Also having a kitchen helps save money on eating out.
Great Family Time
My two 22year old grandchildren, my friend and I stayed 5 days at Park Place. This location has been our destination for several trips and we will continue to go back there.

i gave everything a good rating except quality of furniture { bedding guess bedrooms mattress very uncomfortable no padding would be nice for pillow mattress in the guess rooms we have be staying at this property 7 out of the 10 yrs we have been coming and its has been the guess bedrooms bed everytime .I dont know if it the condo owners to update the condos or the property owners in the condo 404 looks like it has been update it was very nice just need the mattress in all guess room update include the bunkbeds it like sleeping on springs

This was the perfect rental for our all girl trip.
Love Park Place
We have stayed here the past 4 years. We do a family fall trip to the Smokies every year. Park Place is perfect, close to strip but private too.
