"The Park Place Condos were tucked away beside the Little Pigeon River. The sound of the river were so relaxing as I enjoyed my coffee each morning on the back deck. The fireplace made the inside cozy. Everything we needed was there in the kitchen. It was a short walk to the convention center and all of the shops and restaurants. I would definately stay here again. "

Great Stay Tucked Away
The Park Place Condos were tucked away beside the Little Pigeon River. The sound of the river were so relaxing as I enjoyed my coffee each morning on the back deck. Anniversary Trip
Park Place by the River was a wonderful location to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. The website gave a good description of what we could expect, and it met and exceeded all of our expectations. The condo was clean and maintained. Being within walking distance from downtown Gatlinburg was a plus. The management was very accommodating and responsive to our requests. We decided to extend our stay by two nights. Although our condo was not available they moved us to the one next door. The view of the river and the location on the border of the Great Smokey Mountains felt like a cabin nestled in woods. The sounds of the river lulled us to sleep every night we found two wonderful restaurants - the Alamo and LeConte Tapas and Grill - a 10 minute drive from our condo as well as local grocery, Food City, to stock up. We loved being able to cook and not having to eat out every meal. We also found an outstanding Italian restaurant, Luigis, a 5 minute walk away. We loved walking the strip partaking of the novelties and shopping. We’re returning this summer with family. We highly recommend this property - the ambiance of a cabin with the convenience of a hotel.
Christmas Get Away
We stay there every year and just as always had a very pleasant experience and look forward to next year. We’ve been staying there at the same place for about 10 years and have never had a bad experience. Donna and the staff are always very nice and helpful
