"We really liked this place. It was very clean,in a great location, had a nice kitchen with everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were nice also. Very roomy and a nice balcony. We will definitely be back!"

Excellent Place To Stay
Park Place condos is the best place to stay in Gatlinburg. It is really convenient, the staff is amazing and the condos are roomy and right on the river. There's nothing like stepping out onto your balcony and having a stream right there. Our family will never stay anywhere else.

Second time staying here. I love it, it’s in a great location and the rooms always look so nice! I love that it’s on the river and you can walk Gatlinburg from there! Will always recommend staying here to anyone looking for somewhere to stay!
