"Excellent. Stayed in unit 207. The only issue was the patio sliding door from the living room automatically locked behind us. Fortunately someone was still inside to let us back in. This poses a serious problem if everyone is on the patio."

5 th year going on 6 th . Room and property clean parking good best cost for 2 couples saved $80 in food by cooking repeating stay because can not find better in Gatlinburg
Great Place To Stay In Gatlinburg.
We've stayed at Park Place twice now and they hasn't disappointed. We'll definitely being staying when we return. Great proximity to the strip. Great river view. Great value.

Cozy Getaway!!
The condo was really nice. Much bigger than we anticipated. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and very accommodating. The condo is located right near the main strip which is perfect. We would definitely stay here again!
Thanksgiving To Remember
We stayed in room 209 but another part of our family was in this room 207. They were very pleased with the room and Park Place! We all had a wonderful time.
