Host Cancellation Policy
This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking.
Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 6-10 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 11+ bedrooms.
There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
Dogs are allowed only in properties that are designated "pet friendly". Further, each/all pet policies for individual properties are subject to change without notice.
A maximum of two (2) trained, mature, dogs are permitted in "pet friendly" properties. Pet owners will be financially responsible and liable for any/all damages, injury (including any injury to the pet(s), and all extra cleaning, pest control, or replacement costs for furniture, fixtures, or equipment.
Having a pet in a property that does not allow pets is grounds for immediate eviction without a refund. The only exception is for ADA (American Disabilities Act) qualified animals. Additional information upon request. Guests are subject to forfeiture of their deposit/rent and immediate eviction if previously undisclosed animals/pets are found on property.

Perfect place to get away from it all!
Great experience and mostly perfect for our needs. Absolutely gorgeous view and setting. Perfect for a romantic getaway or just a relaxing weekend away. We can’t wait to come back!
Clean space with great little kitchen. Having two dogs, finding areas to walk them was a little tough since steps to the grassy area behind the cabin was blocked off. Location was awesome - close enough to downtown Gatlinburg if you wanted to go but far enough away to avoid most of the crowds - perfectly placed for access to various hiking trails.
One thing for guests with larger vehicles to be aware of, the access road is pretty tight with tight curves. We drove an F-250 and were able to make it but it was slow going.
Overkill for a couple of two, but extraordinary

Wonderful cabin
Wonderful location, great space, such an excellent cabin! The back deck overlooks the Smokies with a wonderful roof to sit under when it’s raining (had our breakfast and dinners out here every day!) we WILL be coming back. They give you enough toilet paper and paper towel to get through at least a day; laundry detergent and dish soap provided for one cycle. The cabin was clean and felt so cozy. What an incredible experience!

Clean property inside and out. Nice hot tub and has just alittle of everything you need being away from home. Loft with pool table is a great bonus for kid space! Great view! Lane & Driveway could be dangerous in snow and ice.
