Situated among the foothills of the majestic Smoky Mountains, the Sevierville Golf Club is considered by many to be the “Best in the Smokies” when it comes to golf courses. In fact, this club was recently recognized by Golf Advisor as one of their top 50 US courses. This resort-class facility is welcoming to visitors and regulars alike and also boasts some amazing spaces for special events as well as many other noteworthy amenities.

Offering three distinct courses, the longer two being championship courses, golfers can come back again and again to up their game. The Highlands Course is a winding course that features freshwater mountain ponds and lush rolling hills. It is par 70 and 18 holes. Sevierville Golf Club also includes the Highlands Front Nine Course. This par 37 course is basically the front nine holes of the longer Highlands Course.

As their final option— as far as courses go— the River Course is another option and is a par 72 that meanders along and across the Little Pigeon River, a local favorite. Hole 1 is noted as a challenging start as it is situated right alongside the Little Pigeon River along with being near a large pond. This course also features 18 holes.

Amenities are as abundant as the mysterious beauty that characterizes the Smokies. At Sevierville Golf Club, there is an expansive putting green and an extensive driving range, all designed to help you perfect your game. In addition, there are two main venues on the property that you can reserve for your group event, applicable for large or small parties.   

The Clubhouse is the first option for a group event at the club. This space features a lounge with a dining room and a full bar. The Golf Club Clubhouse is an elegant setting with sweeping views of the mountain foothills. The entire space can be reserved with custom menu planning options available.

The other location that makes an ideal setting for a special event is the outdoor pavilion. This is a more casual meeting area due to its outdoor location. There are plenty of seating options and the views are unmatched. There are also dining options for this space as well.

Dining choices also feature a buffet menu option in both locations. These facilities are ideally suited for golf outings, family gatherings, business meetings, birthdays, showers, and any other type of private function. Along with dining options, there is also the ability to simply rent the space and bring your food into the space.

After a great day on the greens, you can unwind and enjoy a meal at the club’s restaurant, Mulligan’s Restaurant. Of course, you could also start your day there to get ready for a wonderful day of golfing. Lunch is served daily and includes a wide range of dining options, many of which are lighter fare, such as sandwiches that are ideally suited for spending a day golfing. Of course, there are more filling options as well if you want to refuel after a day on the course. There is also a monthly calendar for entertainment options, including game nights, happy hour specials, and more.

Guests claim that Sevierville Golf Club features a beautiful layout with courses that are in exquisite shape featuring lots of fun, challenging holes.
