The Hippie BBQ and Grill

The Hippie BBQ and Grill is a 1970s-themed Sports Bar in Sevierville, TN. It offers a fun take on traditional BBQ fare. If you love burgers, BBQs, and wings, all with a hippie feel, you will adore this restaurant that values peace, love, and BBQ. Sweat meats, and groovy eats, along with drink specials galore— thanks to the full-serve bar— welcome you to come “chill out” here at this unique eatery.

Enjoy the psychedelic decor, and tie-dyed-clad waiters as you order from the cleverly worded menu in this recently opened BBQ joint. You can find a seat inside or are welcome to sit outside as well while enjoying some fantastic BBQ. As of right now, large groups are welcome, but there is no separate space for private parties.

To get your experience started off right, try the Go With The Flow Guacamole, The Spaced Out Salsa, the Far Out Fried Pickets, or the homemade Protest Potato Chips just to name a few.

Psychedelic Brisket Sandwich
As one of the Bodacious BBQ options at The Hippie, this BBQ is served on a brioche bun, with pickle, onion, and lettuce. All BBQ comes with a choice of two sides as well.

Salads
Thankfully, The Hippie BBQ & Grill understands that some guests would prefer a bit lighter fare. For this reason, they offer three types of salads that can either be added to an entree or serve as one on its own. The Cool Cobb Salad, The House Salad, and the Bodacious BBQ Salad make up the options.

Bell Bottom Burger
The uniquely named signature burger comes with onion rings, fries, or both. The combination of pork and beef patty is served at the guests’ preferred temperature. It comes on a brioche bun and comes with onion, tomato, pickle, and your choice of Swiss, Cheddar, or American Cheese.

Slammin’ Chicken Sammie
Another option you can enjoy when visiting this hip eatery is these two grilled or fried chicken tenders served on a brioche bun with onion, tomato, and pickle. This also comes with your choice of fries or onion rings or both!

Black & Blue Jeans Burger
To pay homage to the hippie’s love of denim, this signature beef and pork combination burger comes on a brioche bun and is served with onion, tomato, pickle, bacon, lettuce, and Hippie’s homemade blue cheese dressing. Again, this also comes with either fries, onion rings, or both.

Wings
Another noteworthy menu item to consider when visiting The Hippie BBQ & Grill is the specialty wings. Choose from either boneless or bone-in options. You can opt for five, 10,15, or 20-count servings. All are served with either ranch dressing or homemade blue cheese dressing along with celery. Sauce options include BBQ, mild, medium, hot, far-out hot, teriyaki, sweet Thai chili, dry rub, lemon pepper, or garlic Parmesan.

Sides
When selecting sides to go with your dish, you can choose from the Groovy Sweet Green Beans, Cosmic Onion Rings, Flashback French Fries, Peace Potato Casserole, Potato Salad, Coleslaw, or the Mellow Mac & Cheese Casserole.
