Gatlinburg Winter Magic Lights
Event runs until February 19th, 2023
The lights here stay on well into February–February 19th, to be exact. Whether you take the self-guided walking tour of the lights, (millions of them throughout the city), or you opt for a view via SkyLift at SkyLift Park, you’ll be immersed in a magical winter paradise. You could even take in the lights on a helicopter night flight over the city!
Dancing With the Stars for Sevierville County United Way
Event runs until February 24, 2023
This charity event brings some big dance names to The Ridge Outdoor Resort in Sevierville each winter. This Sevierville event is always spectacular. Six couples face off as they each vie for a People’s Choice or Judge’s Choice award. This year, tables for 8 go for $2,500 each, and all proceeds benefit the Sevierville County United Way.
North American Country Music Association International Hall of Fame Show and Awards
March 13-19, 2023
During this week, country music stars from all over the U.S. descend upon Sevierville. Expect country, bluegrass, and gospel tunes, and a slew of competitions and contests throughout the week, all performing at the Country Tonite Theater. Attendance is free, and fun is all but guaranteed for attendees.
Sevierville Easter Egg Hunt

Bring the family over to Wear Farm City Park on Saturday, April 8th this year for an Easter egg hunt and meet and greet with the Easter Bunny! This event brings the community and visitors alike together with untold hundreds of Easter eggs, family fun events, and vendors to start your Saturday off right. The hunt starts at 11 am, and there’s no charge for kids 12 and under to hunt for as many eggs as they can collect.
Lee Greenwood Farewell Tour

Is there anything more iconic than taking in a Lee Greenwood concert in Pigeon Forge during his farewell tour? Snag a ticket before they sell out, and get ready to enjoy the show. This concert will be held at the Sevierville Convention Center, and it’s expected to sell out fast.
Bruce Street Brewfest

Love a good craft beer? Head to the Bruce Street Brewfest to sample the wares of 40 local brewers, both at-home brewers, and pros. There will be brewer competitions, excellent food and music, and plenty of happenings to keep the whole family entertained. This is the small-town street festival that dreams are made of, particularly if you’re up for sampling some excellent brews.
A Mountain Quiltfest
June 5-8, 2023
Quilters come from around the nation to visit the Mountain Quiltfest each year. This quilt show brings together vendors, showcases some cutting-edge quilt art, and offers workshops and classes for attendees to add some more skills to their stitching repertoire. Have a showstopping quilt you’d like to enter a competition? Winners come away with some fantastic prizes each year. Admission to the quilt show and vendor hall is free, so there’s nothing to lose by stopping by!
Patriot Festival

The Patriot Festival is Pigeon Forge’s 4th of July spectacular, and this year it’s being headlined by none other than country music superstar Josh Turner. Expect excellent music, a professional fireworks show, vendors, and plenty of family-friendly activities. Bring a lawn chair and/or a picnic blanket and settle in to enjoy the show!
The Great Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion

The annual Jeep invasion is a must-stop for Jeep lovers from all over the southeast. Held at the LeConte Center in Pigeon Forge, the Jeep Invasion features thousands of Jeeps on display. You’ll also find Jeep accessory vendors, merch, food, drinks, and more–everything you need to make a day of your love for all things Jeep.
Dollywood Harvest Festival

Dollywood doesn’t do anything halfway. So it should be no surprise that the Dollywood Harvest Festival pulls out all the stops when it comes to celebrating the changing seasons. Spanning more than a full month, the Dollywood Harvest Festival brings all the quintessential fall things together. Gatlinburg Craftsmen’s Fair

If you love the art of handcrafted wares, stop by the 48th Annual Gatlinburg Craftsmen’s Fair at the Gatlinburg Convention Center. One of the most popular events in the area, this event showcases the fine handwork of craftsmen from all over the South. Get something for everyone on your holiday shopping list here, and enjoy some great music and food while you’re at it! The $10 admission fee is well worth it. This event is a shopping experience you won’t get anywhere else.
The Ultimate Smoky Mountain Christmas Celebration

Expect excellent Gospel music, Christmas music, Christan comedy, theater shows, great food, and family-friendly activities at the Ultimate Smoky Mountain Christmas Celebration, held at the Smoky Mountain Resort in Pigeon Forge. This event is always a huge draw for the entire area, and reservations are claimed fast–so grab a ticket early if you’re planning a visit during this time.
