Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Property Needs Work For Future Rentals
Property seemed not ready to rent, despite being a newer build. No mirror on one of bathrooms, no curtain on the full body window in the shower, no curtains or blinds on any windows, which sucked in the lower bedroom with the flood light that doesnt shut off shining right into the window. We had to stuff pillows into the window to try to block out the light, as well as so cars driving by couldn't see us changing / sleeping.
Cleanup job was okay, there was frosting all over the coffee pot, conditioner on one of bathroom floors, and grease or coffee splashed on one of walls, with run marks down wall.
Biggest issues, water was brown, didnt remotely clear up til about day 5. It was not potable. We had to purchase water bottles, jugs of water and ice for the stay to brush teeth with and cook with as well as drink. Started to clear up towards end of stay.
Internet did not work. So no cable, no satellite, no TV and a useless theater room. We had to purchase DVD's just so we could watch something.
Most frustrating was lack of response to issues. Internet didnt get fixed til our last day there and dont think anyone even showed to look at the water.
I had to spend a lot of my time at a McDonald's so I could get the work I needed to get done using Internet. Waste of our vacation.
We were given a small discount off rental, which basically covered the water bottles, jugs of water, ice and dvd's we purchased (so we could watch something).
Very frustrating experience, and will be at least considering other rental companies in future after this experience.
We have videos and photos we emailed in of everything.
If they resolved all these issues, it would be a nice cabin and place to rent. But unfortunately, our experience was not that.
