Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Cabin Is Beautiful!
We had a wonderful time, the cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed. Every morning we had our coffee on the porch looking at the mountain tops. Would definitely stay here again!
Beautiful Getaway
What a beautiful cabin. My wife and Inalong with a few friends loved the cabin. The view was beautiful, the weather was great and a great time was had by all. This is my go to cabin from now on. It was clean and well maintained. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

The stay at ElkSprings was worth it. No problem with any misleading advertising- the cabin was what I expected and beautiful. A couple minimal issues were addressed very timely.

This was a great property. The location was perfect for all the activities we had planned and the drive to the cabin was not bad at all.
It was perfect size to give everyone a little space when we got back at night. The pool table and poker table were both used during our visit.

Great View, Clean And Comfortable Cabin
Great view, Clean and spacious cabin. However we had issues with Hot tub not working for the entire stay. Otherwise everything was good.
