Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Excellent Cabin Rental
Brand new cabin in a quiet location. Had everything one would need to make your stay enjoyable. The pool was an awesome addition.
Perfect Cabin For Us!
Perfect for a 50s something couple looking to getaway. We spent 3 nights and loved it! Forest view when sitting in rocking chairs and in front of the firepit, as well as from the bed. Mornings started early with the open windows! Mountain views when cooking and getting ready in the upstairs bathroom. The indoor pool, sauna, arcade and lighted/jetted free standing tub were perfect for us! Modern, well appointed cabin. The "neighborhood" is quaint with easy access to Gatlinburg and National Park. Photos were accurate.
Exceeded Expectations
Everything was amazing and better than I expected.The property was super clean and top notch! This is a perfect cabin for a couple. One thing that where the pictures dont do justice is the views and location. If you ever saw the Twilight movies and remember the house deep in the woods with all the glass, its like that. Laying in bed you are like 40 feet above the forest floor and can see in all directions. Very cool!

Amazing Cabin
My husband and I enjoyed our time at this cabin. We loved the private pool. We celebrated our 25th Wedding anniversary. We will definitely be back!

I didn’t want to leave. This cabin was amazing. The indoor pool was great! I drank my coffee on the deck and then spent an hour swimming. My husband and I spent my birthday here and I couldn’t have been any happier. Everything about it was relaxing! Thank you!
