Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Twin Oaks
We really enjoyed our stay at Twin Oaks. We had two teenage boys in our group and they said they want to stay in the same place when we go back.
Great Cabin Rental!!
We chose this cabin to rent mainly because of the plentiful room and the game room. This rental did not disappoint and has so much to offer. We only had five people, but this rental can accommodate quite a few more people than that. One of the bedroom remotes was missing when we got there so I sent a text to the leasing company. They responded right away and offered to have someone bring us one. We ended up not needing the remotes though, because we spent most of our time at the cabin in the game room. So many fun things for everyone to do in there. The only complaint about the game room is that the pinball machine was constantly getting the balls stuck. Having a full size fridge and sink in the game room was a nice bonus. The whole place seemed to be fairly recently redone. Kitchen appliances were newer, everything was roomy and we just had a great time! Secluded wooded backyard was nice. Traffic on road out front is more that what we are used to, so there was some traffic noise, but not bad.
Enjoyable Stay
This cabin was one of the best that we have stayed in. To get to this cabin is an easy drive and right off the road. It's conveniently located close to Food City and downtown Gatlinburg. This cabin is great for a family with pets, includes a fenced in yard.
Special Family Memories
Have been visiting cabins in the area for many years. Enjoyed a great family cabin time at Twin Oak Creek. The cabin itself and office staff exceeded my expectations. Great floor plan with lots of room for storage, shelves and cabinets. With the extra rooms it was kind of like being in two cabins. Also the cabin is on a lot of property felt like we had one side of the mountain. My family told me they loved the game room spending lots of time plating each one. I enjoyed playing air hockey with my grand daughter, they said the game room was a great addition to the cabin. Very easy access and relaxing.

Location is ideal between Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge. Big yard, spacious rooms & lots to do!

Very clean and great layout. It was all on one level which was great for my husband. The game room was fun for everyone.
