Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

We really enjoyed our stay. The kids loved air hockey, and the adults loved the old-school Atari games, pool, and hot tub.
A Wonderful Time
As wrote in my review title, it was a wonderful time. We used to have yearly grandparents' vacations with our grandchildren, without their parents or electronics, and your cabin was the perfect place to do it. We all enjoyed the environment and the installations, having funny moments to remember.

Wonderful cabin! Great place to enjoy after exploring the area! So much better than a hotel room. It’s nice to have private amenities. My family loved our stay!
Great Mountain Cabin
Bear Mountain Serenity is a beautiful, seemingly new, mountain cabin. The 3 bedrooms are spacious & comfortable. The home feels open & airy because of the huge windows in the family room & the open floor plan. The only issues we had were extremely low water pressure & too small cookware to accommodate 8 guests. Property management was very attentive & was quick to respond to issues & questions.
A Stay In Elk Springs
Our experience was phenomenal. When we arrived at the cabin, everything was just as it appeared in the photos. The company checked in several times to let us know they were available if we needed anything. Just be prepared for the drive up the mountain. The roads are very narrow but manageable during the day and at night. Overall 10/10.
