Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Quiet Cabin In A Great Location.
Great place to stay for families. Centrally located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
Great Cabin
Our family had a great time in this cabin. It was very clean and had everything that we needed. The gaming tables and arcade system were popular with the family. We watched several movies on in the small theater room. The only downside to the cabin was there was not a bathroom downstairs so if anyone is using the bunk beds, they have to use one of the bathrooms attached to the two bedrooms. This was really an issue except for during the night or early morning before others got up. Like I said - this was minor. We would stay here again.

This is our second time staying at this cabin because we like it so much! It's beautiful and has ton of amenities.
Best Amentities
This was the best cabin if you are traveling with kids. Plenty of stuff to do.
Quick Family Getaway
We wanted to get away for a quick spring break trip. The Bear Mountain Vista was a perfect choice for us. The kids enjoyed having their own level and bonus it had plenty for them to do. It was conveniently located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Roads were a little tricky and I wouldn’t want to drive them in winter but perfect for spring/summer.

This cabin was absolutely gorgeous! It was very clean and tidy. The atmosphere the entire time was cozy and overall an amazing experience. I would recommend this cabin for large parties as it is very spacious and can accommodate large groups.
