Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Another Wonderful Stay With Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals
Another fun extended weekend in the mountains. The cabins are always spotless and stellar, loaded with the amenities required for a relaxing stay. Close to the Pigeon Forge strip but private and quite isolated. My only complaint is time flies by. Recommended

Wonderful stay, it was as it is pictured! Very clean, so comfortable! My bed was like sleeping on a cloud! The pool was wonderful and the hot tub was so relaxing! The huge porch was a plus!! Easy to find and plenty of parking and most of it was covered parking!! Beautiful home that you dont even have tol leave the house there is so much to do here!! WE will be back!!

A Great Time In A Beautiful Quiet Area Of The Smokies
The cabin was amazing, everything it was pictured as online, unlike other companies that use very old pictures of their cabin, Elk Springs Resort actually follows through with their promise of a wonderful stay. The pool was great, hot tub was amazing to relax in, very secluded area. The kids loved the theater. Will definitely be booking again!
Definitely Lives Up To The Name" Living The Dream"
Our 3 families had a fabulous time for spring break. We loved the serene and private location of the house away from the hustle and bustle of pigeon forge or Gatlinburg. We had a concern about the hot tub and they sent someone out that evening. The kids loved the pool, game room, and theater room. The adults loved watching march madness in the outdoor family room. Wish we could stay longer.
